Description :
Shore protection of the phase 1 and part of phase 2 was completed with Eco- friendly geotextile bags and the length of the revetment is 2.4 km, which is the longest Eco- friendly geotextile revetment in the Republic of Maldives.
His Excellency Mohamed Nasheed former President of the Maldives, Former Minister Ministry of Housing, Transport and Environment Mohamed Aslam and the Government delegation visited and inspected the construction site several times.
